The Boys commercial that they did in Colombia

Here it is Finally! The commercial that they shot while they were in Colombia! It was while we were in a store like Target when a woman approached us and said that she thought the kids were cute and that they should come to her agency to try out for some commercials, etc… We went, tried out and a few days later we were in the studio filming! What a great time!

So, enjoy the show!

[Video Update] from Southern Colorado

We recorded this video on the side of the road as we drove back to Denver from Westcliff, Colorado where we spoke to a group of 35 College age students about Leadership, Authority and Submission. The students are in three teams and have headed to France, Germany, Serbia, Romania and Chezch republic.

Please pray for our upcoming teaching weeks. Maritza will teach the School of Biblical Foundations and I will be teaching the Discipleship Training School. Pray for God to speak to us clearly regarding his heart for the students we’ll be with.

What’s been going on [recently]

Hello once again from Denver!

I see that we have had some new visitors over the last few weeks… (Yes I use a free program called Google Analytics…

Anyway, Welcome to our site! I hope the information you find here helps you get a glimpse into what we do in Youth With a Mission.

This week has been very busy for us. We have been working hard on our support raising campaign and really working hard at the base.

I, Mark, am working on a few different pastoral things at the base and also prepping everything for the next Phase II School Of Ministry Development. (Reading Applications, Communicating with new students and Setting up the 3 month long curriculum)

Maritza has also been leading our staff ministry team, doing graphic design projects for the base’s advertising needs and taking on a new role as the speaker coordinator for all of our 14 training programs and their individual speakers and teachers (about 50 different teachers).

We are about 5 weeks into this summer quarter (in our lives, we measure everything by quarters). It has certainly provided a lot of challenge so far!

Please pray for us as we:

+ Raise support

+ Raise our awesome kids : )

+ Step into new roles of leadership at the base

PS. Another Request would be for Myself and Maritza as we teach. Maritza is going to teach in our School of Biblical Foundations on The “Wisdom” books. (Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Song of Solomon) and I am going to teach the Discipleship Training School for a week on The Fear of the Lord and Discipleship.
